My business is multifaceted. I teach hatha yoga, offer holistic therapies and hold women's circles as well as Ayurveda and yoga workshops. I ran my first retreat this year and I am planning my next one in October. I hold NVQ level 3 in beauty and many other holistic qualifications in massage. I completed my two year training at Mandala yoga ashram in 2017 to become a yoga teacher. I completed the Diet and lifestyle Ayurvedic course with Dr Deepa Apt in 2018.

I am an Ayurveda Diet & Lifestyle Consultant who graduated from the Ayurveda Pura Academy. I am also a yoga teacher with a particular interest in Restorative Yoga. I hold an MSc in Psychology and wrote my thesis on Trauma and the Body in 2015. I work 1-2-1 with people online and in-person in Northern Ireland to restore balance and wholeness.

I am a qualified Doula & Registered Nurse, and I also hold qualifications in postnatal Ayurveda care (from School of Ayurveda & Panchkarma in Kerala, India), and am studying to become a fully accredited massage therapist (City Lit, London). I am also a qualified Baby Massage instructor.

I'm couching finnish beauticians for ayurvedic beauty and how they can use ayurvedic tools to succeed in beauty business. I have trained already almost 100 beauticians in my group coucging named "Ayurvedaa Iholle PRO" . Begining of this year I launced also individual coachings for beauticians. I'm also active in Instagram (@rosilindas) where I share the love and information of ayurveda for my finnish followers.
